Is It Too Late to Join the Nuclear Trend?

Featured Image

The Rise of Nuclear Energy and Its Impact on the Market

The nuclear energy sector is experiencing a significant resurgence, with investors who entered the market early reaping substantial rewards. For instance, Lightbridge (NASDAQ: LTBR), a pre-revenue company, has surged by nearly 202% since its year-to-date low on January 14. Similarly, NuScale Power (NYSE: SMR) has climbed more than 177% from its YTD low on April 4. This upward trend raises an important question for those who missed the initial wave: Is this momentum likely to continue, and how can investors gain broad exposure without betting on individual companies?

The answer lies in the Range Nuclear Renaissance Index ETF (NYSEARCA: NUKZ). This fund offers a diversified approach to the nuclear energy sector, allowing investors to benefit from the industry’s growth without the risk associated with picking individual stocks.

Data Center Demand and the Nuclear Revival

One of the key drivers behind the nuclear energy revival is the increasing demand for data centers, fueled by the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI). According to Apollo Chief Economist Torsten Sløk, despite a contraction in GDP during the first quarter of this year, data center construction contributed 1% to GDP growth. In early August, Fortune reported that data centers have become the most significant contributor to U.S. GDP, surpassing consumer spending.

This surge in demand is due to the insatiable need for AI technologies, which are creating a growing energy supply gap. As AI data centers consume vast amounts of electricity, many operators are turning to nuclear power, particularly small modular reactors (SMRs). Grand View Research estimates that the global AI data center market was valued at $13.62 billion in 2024, with a projected compound annual growth rate of 28.3% from 2025 to 2030.

The International Energy Agency highlights the potential of AI data centers to transform the energy sector. By 2030, global AI data center energy consumption is expected to reach around 1,000 Terawatt-hours (TWh), up from 250 TWh in 2020. In the U.S., the Department of Energy predicts that domestic energy usage from AI data centers will triple by 2028, rising from 4.4% of total electricity in 2023 to 6.7–12%.

The Role of Small Modular Reactors

Small modular reactors (SMRs) are playing a critical role in meeting these energy demands while supporting net-zero targets. Companies like Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) are investing heavily in SMRs as part of their strategy to achieve net zero by 2040. Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOG) has also announced plans to purchase electricity from SMRs developed by Kairos Power.

As major tech companies pivot toward nuclear energy, the competition to meet AI-driven demand is intensifying. This shift underscores the long-term potential of the nuclear energy sector and presents opportunities for investors looking to capitalize on this trend.

The Range Nuclear Renaissance Index ETF

For those seeking a diversified way to invest in the nuclear sector, the Range Nuclear Renaissance Index ETF (NUKZ) offers a compelling option. While its expense ratio of 0.85% is higher than typical passive funds, it includes some of the leading names in the industry. The ETF's largest holding is Cameco (NYSE: CCJ), the world's largest uranium miner, followed by Constellation Energy (NASDAQ: CEG), which recently signed a 20-year deal with Meta Platforms (NASDAQ: META) to provide emissions-free nuclear energy.

Since hitting its YTD low on April 8, NUKZ has risen nearly 71%, and since its one-year low on September 6, 2024, the fund has gained over 93%. Although these gains may deter some investors, the ETF provides exposure to a high-growth industry that is set to keep pace with AI advancements.

Investment Considerations

Investors considering NUKZ should monitor the ETF’s Relative Strength Index (RSI). Currently, the RSI on the one-year chart reads 49.55, indicating a neutral position. If the ETF experiences a downtrend, it could test support levels around $55 or even $50 before entering oversold territory and potentially reversing.

For those looking for a better entry point, the current market conditions offer an opportunity to participate in the nuclear energy boom. With the right strategy, investors can position themselves to benefit from the sector's long-term growth.

Final Thoughts

The nuclear energy sector is gaining momentum, driven by the increasing demand for AI and the need for sustainable energy solutions. While early investors have seen impressive returns, there are still opportunities for those who enter now. By leveraging tools like the Range Nuclear Renaissance Index ETF, investors can gain broad exposure to the sector and position themselves for future growth.

Auddia's Strategic Shift and Engineering Restructuring

Auddia, a company known for its innovative approach to the music industry, has recently announced a significant restructuring of its engineering team. This move is aimed at reducing operational costs while preparing the company for its upcoming transformation into an AI-native holding company. The restructuring is part of a broader strategy that includes the completion of a previously announced business combination.

Pablo Calderon, who currently serves as Auddia’s head of engineering and lead AI model developer, will be transitioning to the AI team at the holding company level. His role will involve supporting the AI engineering needs of the proposed subsidiaries, including Auddia itself. This shift highlights the company’s commitment to integrating artificial intelligence more deeply into its operations.

In addition to this change, Peter Shoebridge, Auddia’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), will be leaving the company at the end of August. His departure marks a pivotal moment in the company's evolution, as it moves towards a more focused AI-driven structure.

New Business Model Focus

As part of the ongoing restructuring, Auddia is also changing its business model. Previously operating on a consumer subscription model, the company is now shifting towards a B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) model. This new approach aims to provide artists and labels with innovative tools to leverage AM/FM radio streams, thereby connecting them with mainstream radio listeners in a more effective manner.

This transition reflects Auddia’s strategic decision to align with the evolving demands of the music industry, where data-driven solutions are becoming increasingly essential. By focusing on B2B relationships, Auddia is positioning itself to offer value through scalable, technology-driven services.

Engineering Transition and Product Development

With the engineering transition now complete, Auddia's internal AI team will focus on training and productizing the AI Placement Engine. This engine is designed to enhance the company's capabilities in delivering targeted content to audiences through various platforms.

Meanwhile, a dedicated outsourced engineering team will take the lead in developing the Discovr Radio Portal. This portal is expected to serve as a key platform for users to access and interact with radio content in new ways. The company believes that this division of responsibilities will result in a more capital-efficient and faster product development process compared to the previous structure.

The launch of the Discovr Radio platform is anticipated to coincide with the completion of the AI-native holding company restructuring. This timing underscores the importance of aligning product launches with strategic organizational changes.

Future Outlook and Investment Opportunities

As Auddia continues to evolve, it is clear that the company is making significant strides in adapting to the changing landscape of the music and technology industries. The shift towards an AI-native structure and a B2B SaaS model represents a forward-thinking approach that could open up new avenues for growth and innovation.

For investors, these developments may present opportunities to engage with a company that is actively redefining its business model and leveraging cutting-edge technology. While specific investment details and performance metrics remain to be seen, the company's strategic direction suggests a commitment to long-term value creation.

Overall, Auddia's recent announcements signal a transformative phase for the company, one that is likely to shape its future trajectory in the dynamic world of digital media and artificial intelligence.

3 Reasons to Love Trane Technologies (TT)

Featured Image

Trane Technologies: A Strong Performer in the Market

Trane Technologies currently trades at $424.90 and has been a standout stock for investors. Since August 2020, it has delivered an impressive return of 259%, significantly outperforming the S&P 500’s 87.5% gain. Over the past six months, the stock has risen by 21.8%, driven by strong quarterly results. This performance raises an important question: is now a good time to buy Trane Technologies, or is the market overvaluing its potential?

Why Trane Technologies Is a Strong Business

Trane Technologies, listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker TT, specializes in designing, manufacturing, and selling heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as refrigeration systems. These products serve both commercial and residential customers, as well as commercial truck manufacturers.

  1. Rapid Revenue Growth Indicates Strong Momentum

A company's long-term performance is a key indicator of its overall quality. While short-term success is possible for any business, top-tier companies demonstrate consistent growth over extended periods. Trane Technologies has shown remarkable revenue growth, with a 10.8% annualized increase over the last five years. This rate surpasses the average growth of industrial companies, indicating that its products are well-received by customers.

  1. Impressive Earnings Per Share (EPS) Growth

Analyzing changes in earnings per share (EPS) helps determine whether a company's sales growth translates into profitability. For example, increased revenue could be the result of heavy spending on marketing rather than sustainable business practices. Trane Technologies has achieved an impressive 19.3% compounded annual growth rate in EPS over the past five years, which is higher than its 10.8% revenue growth. This suggests that the company has become more profitable as it expands.

  1. High Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) Demonstrates Efficient Growth

While growth is essential, it’s equally important to assess how efficiently a company uses its capital. Return on invested capital (ROIC) measures how much operating profit a company generates relative to the capital it has raised through debt and equity. Trane Technologies has maintained a five-year average ROIC of 23.8%, placing it among the top performers in the industrial sector. This highlights the company's ability to invest in high-return opportunities and deliver value to shareholders.

Final Assessment

These factors illustrate that Trane Technologies is a high-quality business with a strong track record of growth and profitability. Its shares have outperformed the market recently, trading at a forward P/E ratio of 30.7 times, or $424.90 per share. The question remains: is this an attractive entry point for investors?

High-Quality Stocks That Excel in All Market Conditions

Market volatility can create significant opportunities for savvy investors. For instance, when Donald Trump announced his "Liberation Day" tariffs in April 2025, markets initially reacted negatively. However, stocks quickly rebounded, showing that initial panic often leads to strong buying opportunities.

Investors who act early can benefit from these recoveries. One approach is to focus on high-quality stocks that consistently outperform the market. A curated list of such stocks has generated a market-beating return of 183% over the last five years (as of March 31, 2025). Notable names include Nvidia, which saw a staggering 1,545% increase between March 2020 and March 2025, as well as lesser-known companies like Kadant, which delivered a 351% five-year return.

Fueled by a healthy sales pipeline, strong customer relationships, and the market's continued shift toward intelligent, automated, real-time assurance, RADCOM reaffirmed its full-year revenue growth target of 15%-18%, translating to a midpoint projection of $71.1 million. Nonetheless, customer concentration, currency headwinds, and rising costs could undermine growth prospects.

Is AEVA's Q2 Revenue Record the Spark for Sustained Growth?

LiDAR sensor manufacturerAeva Technologies(AEVA) posted record second-quarter 2025 revenues of $5.5 million, a more than 60% sequential increase and well above expectations. This growth was driven by an increase in product shipments and higher revenues from early-stage development programs. This marks an important milestone for the company, signaling that initial partnerships are now beginning to generate tangible commercial success. Management also raised its full-year growth forecast, expecting revenues to increase by 100-110% from previous expectations of doubling revenues.

The company's improved trajectory is supported by demand for its LiDAR products in both the automotive and industrial sectors. For example, AEVA's role as a key long-range sensor supplier for Daimler Truck provides visibility into multi-year production revenue. Industrial applications are also gaining momentum. This combination of early sales and engineering contracts reflects a more standard ramp-up toward broader commercialization, reinforced by improving gross margins that are now tracking toward the 35-45% range expected at scale.

Looking ahead, the company sees opportunities for much larger contracts. Just a few full-scale automotive programs could represent between $400 million and $500 million in annual revenue. The potential for growth in industrial automation and consumer applications further expands this potential. With shipments rising and orders firming up, AEVA’s performance suggests it is steadily moving from pilot projects to a full commercialization cycle.

Peer Trends

Ouster's (OUST) The revenue trajectory is also on an upward trend. The company delivered strong Q2 results with revenues of over $35 million, exceeding the high end of Ouster's guidance. This represents a 30% year-over-year increase and marks Ouster's tenth consecutive quarter of revenue growth. The performance was driven by a record number of sensor shipments.

However,Luminar Technologies' (LAZR) The revenue trajectory shows a sequential decline, with Q2 revenues coming in at $15.6 million, a 5% drop from the same period last year. This was attributed to a reduction in production volume estimates for Luminar's key automotive program and a strategic exit from non-core businesses. Luminar is now shifting its focus to commercial markets for near-term revenue opportunities.

The Dip Before the Next AI Boom

The Dip Before the Next AI Boom

Editor's Note:JR here. While everyone is panicking about this week's tech selloff, the smartest investors are seeing something completely different - opportunity.

Yes, stocks have been sliding. The Nasdaq is down 2.6% over five days, and headlines are screaming doom. But here's what they're missing:The AI revolution is just hitting its stride.

We're not talking about the early experimental phase anymore. We've entered what our experts call "Phase 2" – where AI stops being a cool concept and starts driving real business results.

The time for investors to act is now.

That's why I'm excited to share this special analysis from my colleague Luke Lango. He's identified what he calls "AI Income Events" - powerful price surges that occur when companies successfully harness AI's multiplier effect.

The essay below breaks down exactly how this system works and why current market volatility is actually creating the perfect setup for the next wave of AI Income Events.

I encourage you to read it in full. Once you have, you can learn more about the AI Income Challenge right here.

Here we are again.

Stocks declined this week, with technology taking most of the hit. On Thursday, the S&P 500 fell for a fifth consecutive day, and the Nasdaq is down approximately 2.6% over the last five days. UPDATE AS NEEDED

Headlines screamed… but before you hit the panic button, let's break down what's really happening.

This pullback isn't about one catalyst. It's a cluster of small ones:

  • Investors digesting hot inflation figures.
  • Nerves before Fed Chair Jerome Powell's Jackson Hole speech.
  • Weak earnings fromTarget Corp. (TGT)andWalmart Inc. (WMT)stoking worries about consumer spending.

That's plenty to weigh on stocks in the short term, but none of it ends the bull market. They're distractions.

So let's zoom out to the one force still pushing this market higher.

Then, we'll zoom in on the system my members use to spot when a stock is about to break out because of this phenomenon.

Plus, I have a challenge for you - one that could put you ahead of 99% of investors...

The Real Driver Since 2022

The setup was ripe for a dip: stocks "priced for perfection," crowded positioning, and Powell anxiety.

The selloff is a release valve—an overdue reset within a strong uptrend.

The fundamentals haven't changed. The economy looks solid, inflation is easing, and rate cuts remain on the horizon.

And the driver, which has not changed since late 2022 either: artificial intelligence.

AI demand is accelerating, spending is exploding, and profits tied to AI are swelling. For example:

  • Big Tech — includingAlphabet Inc. (GOOGL),Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN),Microsoft Corp. (MSFT), andMeta Platforms Inc. (META)— are expected to spend $750 billion on data centers over 2025–2026, with global AI spending projected to hit $3 trillion by 2029.
  • This unprecedented AI spending is materially boosting U.S. GDP (adding around 0.7 percentage points), helping to lift stock markets even amid broader economic uncertainty
  • Infrastructure AI "enablers" are posting strong second-quarter results and soaring. Shares ofWilldan Group Inc. (WLDN), which specializes in energy efficiency for data centers are up 175% year-to-date.CBRE Group Inc. (CBRE)andPrimoris Services Corp. (PRM)have also reported strength linked to the data-center buildout.

That's why stocks, as a whole, are up nearly 10% this year.

Right now, we're in between catalysts.

Soon enough, we'll get the next big jolt —Nvidia Corp. (NVDA)earnings later this month. If history holds, another blockbuster report could reignite AI enthusiasm and put the market back in motion.

So, what do we do in the meantime?

So what do we do in the meantime? Look for pullback entries in your favorite AI names - smart for long-term gains.

But AI is also creating the biggest, fastest moves I've seen. I call them "AI Income Events" — and most investors miss them.

With these moves, you can generate income much faster than simple buy-and-hold. Many of my members are doing exactly that with a system my team developed called Nexus, which helps us focus on when a stock enters Phase 2—the growth phase.

Let me tell you about it…

The Moment AI Sparks a Surge

AI Income Events are powerful price surges when a company meaningfully integrates AI.

Recent examples:

  • AppLovin Corp. (APP)+500% in five months.
  • SoundHound AI Inc. (SOUND)+300% in three months.
  • Palantir Technologies Inc. (PLTR)+290% in five months.
  • Super Micro Computer Inc. (SMCI)+233% in just two months.
  • BigBear.ai Holdings Inc. (BBAI)+100% in weeks.

AI isn't just another tool—it's a multiplier,

It boosts efficiency, decision-making, marketing, product development, customer engagement - everything. Companies that adopt AI don't inch forward - they leap.

On Wall Street, that shows up as sudden bursts of hypergrowth. That's Phase 2.

Phase 1 is build-and-experiment. Phase 2 is when AI drives results — and where the biggest gains tend to happen.

AI itself is now in Phase 2, so this window won't stay wide open forever. The easy triple-digit runs will become rarer within a year.

That's why I builtNexus, a proprietary behavioral-analytics system that identifies when a stock is about to enter Phase 2. It cuts through the hype to flag real-time breakouts across sectors (especially AI Income Events).

When Nexus lights up, behavior is shifting: Traders rush in, institutions move money, and Wall Street wakes up. If you're positioned, you can ride the wave — potentially to 200%, 300%, even 400%+ gains.

Volatility isn't a threat. With the right system, it's your edge.

Which brings me to my challenge…

My Challenge to You

The challenge is simple: Generate $30,000 in the next six months by targeting AI Income Events?

Over the next six months, I want you to see howAI Income Eventscan transform your portfolio. Using my Nexus system, you'll get alerts on exactly which stocks are entering Phase 2 and when to act.

With Nexus, you can participate in the most powerful technological revolution of our lifetimes - and capture the wealth creation that comes with it.

Pullbacks like the one we're seeing now aren't threats... they're invitations. They shake out the weak hands and prepare the ground for the next big move.

The only question is:Will you be ready?

I just put together aspecial free broadcastgoing into far more detail on Nexus – and on how this strategy beats dividends, bonds, options, or any other "traditional" income strategy by 40X.
